1. Introduction

• One account per person, per household and per device is permitted.
• Username and password must be kept confidential at all times.
• Lucky Win staff will never ask for your password — treat any such request as fraudulent.
• Lucky Win reserves the right to close any account at any time for breach of these Terms.
• Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant.

4. Deposits

Lucky Win accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200 unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

Deposits are credited to your Lucky Win wallet as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. In most cases this is immediate for mobile wallet payments such as Easypaisa and JazzCash. Bank IBFT transfers may take up to 30 minutes during banking hours.

Lucky Win does not accept third-party deposits. The name on your payment method must match the name on your Lucky Win account. Deposits made from accounts in another person's name will be reversed and your account may be subject to review.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from Lucky Win are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum withdrawal limit per transaction, though specific tiers of the VIP programme may have enhanced limits.

Before processing any withdrawal Lucky Win requires completion of identity verification (KYC). Players who have not completed KYC will not be able to withdraw funds. This is a regulatory requirement and is for the protection of all players on the platform.

Standard withdrawal processing times:

• Bets on Lucky Win are void if a match is abandoned before the relevant market's void rule threshold is reached.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to system and network availability. Lucky Win is not liable for missed in-play opportunities caused by connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Lucky Win reserves the right to suspend any market at any time before or during a sporting event.
• Minimum bet stake is Rs 50 unless a market states otherwise.
• Accumulator bets require all selections to be confirmed for the bet to stand. If one leg is void, the accumulator reduces by one selection.
• Winnings from voided bets are returned to your wallet within 30 minutes.
• Lucky Win reserves the right to void any bet placed at obviously erroneous odds caused by a technical error.
