Go to luckywin-vip.net/register and fill in your mobile number, email address, username and a password. On the next step enter your full name (as on your CNIC), date of birth and city. Tick the Terms box and tap "Create Account." The whole process takes under two minutes and is completely free. Your Lucky Win wallet is active immediately after registration.

You must be at least 18 years old to create a Lucky Win account. This is a hard requirement — age verification via CNIC is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed. Accounts belonging to players under 18 are closed immediately and all deposits are returned. There are no exceptions to this policy.

No. Lucky Win strictly allows one account per player, per CNIC, per household and per device. Opening duplicate accounts — even under a different name or mobile number — is a breach of the Terms and Conditions. All linked accounts will be closed and balances forfeited. If you have lost access to your existing account, use the password recovery option or contact support.

On the login page, click "Forgot password?" and enter your registered mobile number. A one-time reset SMS will be sent within 3 minutes. Follow the link in the SMS to set a new password. If you no longer have access to your registered mobile number, email support@luckywin-vip.net with your full name and CNIC number — the team can verify your identity manually and update the contact details.

KYC (Know Your Customer) is the identity verification step required before your first withdrawal. Log into your Lucky Win account, go to Account Settings and upload a clear photo of your CNIC (front and back) along with a brief selfie holding the card. Verification is usually approved within 24 hours. It is a one-time process — once done, you never need to do it again.

You can request account closure by emailing support@luckywin-vip.net from your registered email address. State that you want the account permanently closed. Withdraw your remaining real-money balance before requesting closure — once closed, any unclaimed balance is forfeited. If you want a temporary pause rather than permanent closure, use the Self-Exclusion or "Take a Break" feature in Account Settings instead.

Deposits & Withdrawals

The minimum deposit at Lucky Win is Rs 200. This applies across all payment methods — Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT and Visa/Mastercard. For verified accounts (KYC complete), Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are processed within 2 hours. NayaPay and SadaPay withdrawals take 2–4 hours. The minimum withdrawal at Lucky Win is Rs 500 for Easypaisa and JazzCash. Bank IBFT withdrawals have a minimum of Rs 1,000. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts, though withdrawals above Rs 100,000 may require additional documentation under our compliance policy. First, wait 10 minutes — occasional network delays can cause brief processing lags, especially with JazzCash. Refresh your account balance page. Deposit Rs 1,000 and you receive Rs 2,000 in bonus funds — up to a maximum of Rs 30,000 in bonus credit. The bonus is credited to your account within seconds of the deposit being confirmed. The welcome bonus carries a 30x wagering requirement applied to the bonus amount. If you received Rs 3,000 in bonus funds, you need to wager Rs 90,000 in total before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. Yes. The welcome bonus must be wagered and converted within 30 days of being credited. Free bet credits expire after 7 days if unused. Any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements by the expiry date are removed from your account automatically. The expiry date and remaining wagering balance for each active bonus are visible in your account dashboard.

Your Lucky Win wallet shows your real-money balance and bonus balance separately. Real money can be withdrawn at any time (subject to KYC). Bonus money must meet wagering requirements before it becomes withdrawable real cash. When you place a bet, real money is used first unless you choose to use bonus funds. This prevents accidental use of bonus balance when you intend to play with real money.

Open any live match from the Cricket Betting section while it is in progress. The in-play interface shows updated odds in real time. Select your market, enter your stake in PKR and confirm the bet. Bets are accepted within a few seconds — there is a brief suspension period at the start and end of each over while scores are verified. In-play markets are available from the toss right through to the final ball.

If a match is officially declared "No Result" or abandoned before a result is determined, all pre-match bets on that match are voided and your stakes are returned to your Lucky Win wallet in full. For in-play bets placed after the toss, the same rule applies — void and full stake refund. In the case of a Duckworth–Lewis result, bets are settled on the official DLS result as declared by the match authorities.

Yes. Lucky Win offers a Cash Out feature on selected cricket markets. If Cash Out is available for your bet, you will see a "Cash Out" button next to the bet in your open bets list. The cash-out value updates in real time based on current match odds. Security & Responsible Gaming

Log in to your Lucky Win account, go to Account Settings and open the Responsible Gaming tab. In Account Settings under the Responsible Gaming tab, select "Deposit Limits." Set a daily, weekly or monthly limit in PKR. Reducing a limit takes immediate effect.
